In our Personal Bank we passionately support our employees on topics such as investments, financing, and retirement planning as part of a 25-member team. We provide our customers with comprehensive advice tailored to their financial needs and work closely with relevant stakeholders.
Your Tasks
- Independently support and accompany our customers - active and retired employees including partners
- Holistic advice on account and card range, investments, and retirement planning
- Actively identify and communicate additional customer needs
- Answer all inquiries about our basic services by phone or in personal customer contact
Your Profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in advising and selling basic financial products
- Affinity for digital channels
- Enjoy active customer consulting as well as sales and service orientation
- Excellent manners, confident appearance, and trustworthy personality
