For our Zurich branch at the Dielsdorf location we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a:

Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Independent support of our customers from the back office
• Building and maintaining stable customer relationships, increasing customer satisfaction
• Creating offers, processing orders, managing files
• Coordinating transport services
• Invoicing and administering transport orders, managing daily business

• Completed commercial training or vocational baccalaureate
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Friendly, helpful and open manner
• Reliability, resilience and independent working style
• Confident German, English an advantage
• Experience in transport/logistics an advantage
