The Seehalde Foundation is a facility for around 69 people with support needs. Both in the residential area and in the day structure, we focus on the people with their individual biographies, skills, and development resources, guided by the goals of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
For the Rubin residential group at the Rombach location, we are looking for a
Residential Specialist (m/f/d) 50 - 70%
Care Specialist FaBe / Social Pedagogue / related professionsYour Profile
- Training and/or professional experience in caring for people with disabilities
- Responsibility, humor, flexibility, and resilience
- Willingness to work 4 - 6 night on-call shifts per month and weekend shifts
- Up-to-date IT skills; driving license category B is an advantage
Your Tasks
- Accompanying people with support needs in their daily challenges and participation in the local social environment
- Professional support with personal care, getting up, dressing, eating, drinking
- Key worker duties and maintaining contact with relatives and legal guardians
- Implementing the goals from the "Development Support" concept
- Household tasks
