- Managing the telephone switchboard and mailing
- Managing badges, keys, and small equipment
- Various reservations
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile:
- First confirmed experience in reception/welcoming.
- Excellent presentation.
- Fluent French, English B2.
- Proficient in the Office suite
- Clean criminal record and debt collection certificate.
- Customer-oriented / Rigorous / Organized / Flexible
- Every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
