Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for technical and infrastructural building management (operation, inspection, maintenance) in the assigned portfolio
- Consulting and supporting the customer as a "single point of contact"
- Cost and budget responsibility in the assigned area of responsibility
- Personnel and professional leadership of the subordinate employees
- Personnel deployment planning and planning of on-call duty
- Securing the order backlog and its expansion
- Preparation and provision of decision-making bases (offers, concepts, solution variants, etc.)
- Contract and cost management, quality assurance
- Ensuring the trouble-free operation of building services systems
Your profile:
- Technical basic training with further education in the field of organization or facility management
- Good business management knowledge
- Professional experience in facility management or a comparable environment
- Proven leadership experience
- Fluent German skills, good English skills
- High independence and pronounced organizational skills
- Networked thinking as well as systematic work planning
- High customer and service orientation
