Your tasks

Leading the warehouse team of about 3 people

Further development of the team in operational and professional areas and conducting annual employee appraisals

Restructuring the warehouse area and processes according to lean approaches in connection with interfaces

Ensuring supply security for production (including ordering of chemicals & packaging materials)

Supporting productivity achievement regarding quality and quantity as well as timely control of goods movement

Creating duty and vacation schedules

Collaboration and coordination with interfaces

Ensuring control and recording of goods receipts as well as creating forecasts

Processing internal orders

Ensuring internal mail distribution

Your profile

Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ with several years of experience in warehouse logistics

Leadership experience desirable

Good IT skills (ordering system, ERP, office applications)

Forklift license desired – willingness to acquire mandatory

Very good German skills in spoken and written form

Implementation-strong personality

Independent, precise, orderly, and reliable working style

Quick comprehension / ability to learn
