What you can achieve
- You take over the management of the Medical area and are responsible for the strategic planning and further development of our Medical assortment
- Through active market and trend analyses, you ensure a competitive and innovative offer
- You lead, coach and develop your team of Strategic Buyers and Product Managers and create an environment for top performance and continuous development
- You develop negotiation strategies, maintain strategic partnerships and conduct demanding contract negotiations to achieve our margin targets
- You actively contribute to the further development of the entire purchasing department at Galexis and actively bring in your ideas and initiatives
What you bring with you
- You have proven knowledge of the pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare market in strategic purchasing and/or category management
- You are an experienced leader who knows how to motivate, promote and lead a team to common goals
- You are strong in negotiations, confident in closing deals and convince with excellent argumentation and strategic skill
- You think networked, are numbers-savvy and process-oriented, work structured and entrepreneurially – bringing motivation, joy and courage to initiate changes together
