- Completed EFZ health professional training; experience in mentoring.

- Excellent German language proficiency, both spoken and written.

About the job
Your tasks include
- Performing measures in care, therapy, rehabilitation, and medical technology and documenting them
- Advising, accompanying, and supporting patients in daily activities and basic care
- Conducting conversations with relatives
- Independently handling administrative tasks
- Accompanying patients in crisis situations according to delegation by certified nursing professionals
You bring with you
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Proven experience as a vocational trainer
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork as well as good interconnected thinking
