Tasks
- As a special needs educator, you are primarily responsible for the special educational support of individual students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
- You assess the need for support in indicated cases using diagnostic assessments.
- You work in three neighboring kindergartens.
- You hold discussions with teachers about possible measures in the classroom, which are either aimed at the class or the individual child.
- You advise parents and support the teacher in collaborating with the parents.
- You are a contact person for school management to review, ensure, and further develop the handling of special educational needs.
Requirements
- You have completed training as a special needs educator or are currently in training.
- You are an empathetic, communicative, and cheerful person who treats people with respect.
- You actively participate in the special needs education team and the kindergarten team.
- You maintain open contact and a solution-oriented collaboration with teachers, support teachers, and parents.
