Material Manager / Company Fire Brigade 50%

To strengthen our company fire brigade with around 40 members, we are looking for a committed material manager as a successor for our retired position holder starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement; living nearby facilitates accessibility but is not a requirement for application.

• Responsibility for the flawless condition of the company fire brigade's equipment – both in operations and training
• Maintenance, care, and minor repairs of all materials and vehicles
• Organization and provision of equipment for operations, exercises, and internal training
• Maintenance and updating of technical documentation and operation protocols
• Maintenance, inspection, and documentation of breathing apparatus
• Control and care of personal protective equipment (PPE) for all fire brigade members
• Support in safety training for new employees and in safety refresher courses

• Completed technical apprenticeship (EFZ or equivalent)
• Expertise in material maintenance or willingness to acquire it
• Driver's license category C or C1-118 advantageous or willingness to obtain it
• Resilient, flexible personality with high personal responsibility
• Structured and reliable working style – even under time pressure
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Lodur
• Willingness to participate in operations and exercises
