Our People & Organisation team handles a wide range of HR consulting tasks, including strategic and operational human resources management. We focus on reward consulting, HR cloud solutions, and process changes, alongside diversity and inclusion and future workforce readiness. Our expertise extends to designing total reward strategies, employee incentive programs, and tax-efficient compensation solutions. We address executive compensation challenges, M&A transactions, and compliance with Swiss and international guidelines. Additionally, we conduct executive benchmarking and support employer reporting and compliance needs.
Your Impact
- Actively support the team in building client opportunities, including preparing proposals and participating in presentations.
- Bring technical excellence and deliver high-quality services to clients alongside the wider project team.
- Create and manage client proposals, presentations, tax opinions/rulings, financial simulations, memos etc.
- Continue to expand technical expertise and personal skills through a combination of on-the-job and off-the-job training opportunities while also developing junior consultants.
- Access a wide range of opportunities and career prospects within PwC.
Your Skill Set
- Hold a degree in business administration, economics, or law from a university of applied sciences.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in in-house or consulting roles focusing on reward, tax, or legal matters.
- Exhibit a highly motivated, energetic, and determined personality, consistently driving progress and innovation.
- Enjoy collaboration in project-focused and interdisciplinary teams, driving successful outcomes across varied teams.
- Possess strong communication skills that enable you to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, engage with diverse audiences, and foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Display a commitment to delivering exceptional service, combined with a proactive approach to taking on responsibilities from the start.
- Showcase strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Demonstrate fluency in both French and English, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with German language skills considered an advantage.
