Job Description
- Ensure quality reception and care of patients
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare consultations
- Write and correct letters
- Enter medical reports
- File records and documents
- Digitize files
- Manage archives
- Workplace: 2 days in Genolier (Monday and Tuesday) - 2 days in Montchoisi (Wednesday and Thursday)
Qualifications
- Medical secretary diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience in the medical field required
- English
- Perfect command of computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...)
- Excellent writing skills and orthographic knowledge, medical terminology
- Versatility, organization, and autonomy in task execution
- Dynamism, responsiveness, proactivity, and speed of execution
- Good interpersonal skills
- Very good stress management and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility
- Excellent presentation
