Specialist Employee*in Confectionery 100%, for the Early Shift

The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected workplaces and day structures. The employees are guided at work by 150 specialist staff.

For our team in the confectionery, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a humorous, flexible, and motivated baker/confectioner/pastry chef.

These are your tasks:

• Alternating and independent management of the various stations in the confectionery
• (Traiteur, patisserie, and finishing station)
• Independent production of our high-quality confectionery products
• Supporting, accompanying, and promoting our protected employees in their work execution
• Recognizing the needs of the employees and guiding them to the desired performance
• Ordering raw materials

• Completed vocational training as baker - confectioner - pastry chef EFZ
• Quick comprehension and good professional knowledge
• You are an entrepreneurial thinking and loyal person
• Flexibility, resilience, tolerance, and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
• Teamwork skills as well as high social competence, empathy, and motivation
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Impeccable reputation

The working hours are from 07:00 to 16:00.
