Specialist for the Management of Application Courses, 60%, Thun and Burgdorf
On behalf of the Canton of Bern, HEKS Stellennetz supports RAV clients in integrating into the labor market. The program provides participants with suitable employment opportunities in the primary labor market and accompanies them through the application process with an educational offer. The primary goal is to strengthen the application skills and thus the employability of the participants.
To strengthen our course management team, we are looking for a
Course days take place on Thursdays and Fridays in Thun. Substitutions are desired on other days in Burgdorf and Thun, especially and mainly during school holidays.
- You independently lead smaller course groups or teach in team teaching groups of up to 14 participants
- You support participants in creating contemporary and meaningful application documents
- You are skilled in handling complex group dynamics
- With great empathy, you develop individual and appropriate application strategies with participants in one-on-one conversations
- You design learning processes that promote the strengths of the participants and increase their labor market attractiveness
- You conduct individual discussions with participants and advise them on special concerns
- You communicate transparently and proactively engage in relieving the team and the organization
- Ideally, you have practical experience in professional integration
- You have completed vocational training or studies as well as comprehensive further education in adult education (SVEB 1 certificate or federal specialist certificate trainer)
- Your personal and professional development is important to you
- You show high motivation for working with participants based on adult education principles such as self-determination and personal responsibility
- You work very independently, conscientiously, and reliably
- You are motivated and open to applying new methods, tools, approaches, and digital technologies
