What you can achieve:

Processing of external intervention orders
Operating various technical systems in case of malfunction/alarm
Collaboration with different operational forces
Ensuring the operational service of our operations center
Supporting uniformed front-line staff in all matters
Various operational deployments (site inspections and patrols)

What you bring:

Completed vocational training or equivalent education
Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
Swiss citizen or C permit (exception according to weapons law) or EU/EFTA B, G permit
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Good English, French skills and other languages are an advantage
Good physical condition, resilient and very flexible
Willingness to work in a 24-hour operation and in 3-shift service
Good technical flair and PC user skills
Enjoyment in dealing with people and working in a team
Friendly and well-groomed appearance with good manners
Quick comprehension and networked thinking
High independence, performance capability, and a pronounced sense of responsibility
Strong service orientation
Resilience in hectic situations
