Clerk in the Resident Services Department 60% (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

•  As the first point of contact at the counter and on the phone, you meet our residents with friendliness and competence. 
• You carefully manage the resident and voting register as well as various tasks in foreigner affairs with attention to detail. 
• You support relatives in cases of death and organize funerals and memorial services. 
• Because passing on knowledge is a joy: You actively support our apprentices on their training path and profitably contribute your experience.

• You have completed your commercial basic training, ideally in a municipal administration, and already bring professional experience.
• Your good IT user skills (MS Office, Abacus, Innosolv, CMI) help you in everyday work.
• You communicate confidently in German and have a flair for foreign languages. 
• You enjoy direct contact with people, and even when things get hectic, you remain calm, friendly, and composed.
