In this versatile role, you not only take responsibility in guest service but also actively contribute to ensuring that banquets and events run smoothly and with care.
You are close to the guests in everyday life – and at the same time part of a team that can rely on each other, thinks ahead, and helps shape the work.
We are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Service Staff with Banquet Experience (m/f) 60% - 100%
Your tasks:
• Competent, warm service in the à la carte area as well as at banquets
• Personal advice to our guests on food and drinks – authentic and with joy
• Ensuring a neat and professional service process
• Support in planning and coordinating banquets (including run sheets)
• Communication and coordination with the kitchen during events
• Contribution to a calm, organized flow at events
• Compliance with operational quality and hygiene standards
• Participation in the organization and implementation of special occasions
What you bring:
• Completed vocational training in gastronomy and experience in service – ideally complemented by insights into the banquet area
• Joy in delighting guests and taking responsibility in a team
• Organizational skills, reliability, and an eye for detail
• Strong communication skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to keep an overview even in lively moments
• Willingness to develop further and actively contribute to the team
