To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced assistant for our Head of Production, a member of the executive management. In this role, you will take on a diverse range of tasks and can actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our company. This includes developing new concepts, analyzing various production processes and business cases, as well as independently implementing improvements. In doing so, you make a valuable contribution to our business success and quickly develop in a modern, varied environment. The position offers an excellent foundation for your further career at Stadler.
YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Taking responsibility: Leading strategic and operational special projects in the production area as well as managing interdisciplinary project teams.
- Shaping change: Proactive implementation and controlling of initiatives for continuous improvement – changes are actively driven forward.
- Uncovering potential: Value stream analyses serve to identify optimization opportunities.
- Keeping performance in view: Monitoring and analyzing operational key figures as well as developing innovative tools to measure and improve performance.
- Shaping the future: Contributing to pioneering concepts for the further development of our site and securing long-term competitiveness.
- Creating business cases: Developing and critically reviewing business cases to support well-founded decisions.
- Building networks: Coordinating cross-departmental and cross-site collaboration to share knowledge and best practices.
- Ensuring efficiency: Taking over administrative tasks such as presentation preparation, scheduling, and document management.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed commercial or technical basic training
- Business or technical further education from HF level
- Excellent organizational skills and an independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility.
- Committed and ambitious personality with a proactive and solution-oriented way of thinking and working
- Discretion and high sense of responsibility
- Extensive methodological knowledge for analyzing and improving business processes (Lean Management, Six Sigma, etc.)
- High IT affinity, confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
