Degree as Dipl. Nurse HF / FH
Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
Leadership experience with appropriate further training (CAS) or willingness to attend such further training
Very good knowledge of IT applications (KISIM advantageous)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Experience working with the SafeWards model is an advantage
