Residential Area Manager 100% / Optional Deputy Head of Care
Become a central part of our team and actively shape the opening and development of our new location. As a residential area manager, you will significantly contribute to establishing the highest level of care quality from the start. You can expect not only a modern workplace but also the chance to sustainably influence and shape the lives of our residents.Your Tasks
- Ensuring a service- and resident-oriented, professional care quality including in-house home care
- You care for and support our residents in accordance with our mission statement
- Coordination and communication: You ensure the flow of information to residents, relatives, and the care team
- Shaping care processes: You develop care processes together with the team and ensure the implementation of high care quality from the start
- You actively shape the working atmosphere and help create a harmonious and effective work environment.
- Responsibility for care quality: You take responsibility for assessment using inter RAI / LTCF and RAI HC
- Leadership and employee motivation: You lead a motivated team and conduct employee discussions to promote the development of each individual
- Depending on knowledge and experience, assume the position of Deputy Head of Care
What You Bring
- Completed professional training as a qualified nurse (HF, DNII, AKP, Psych. KP). For foreign diplomas, recognition by the SRK is mandatory
- Many years of experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of RAI-HC / inter RAI LTCF
- Leadership experience and appropriate management training or willingness to complete it
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
- Strong social skills as well as a high degree of empathy and communication skills
- High resilience and very good organizational skills
