What you can achieve
- Together with your team, you create new recipes, processes, and technologies for enjoyable dairy products and vegan alternatives.
- You accompany the entire product development – from the initial idea through the development phase to market launch.
- You improve manufacturing processes, process specifications, and product properties with your expertise.
- You carefully handle raw material specifications, approve them, and coordinate sampling.
- You develop decision-making bases for development projects and strategic initiatives.
- In interdisciplinary project groups, you work closely with development, marketing, sales, purchasing, production, and QM/QS.
What you bring
- You have a degree in food science or a comparable qualification – ideally with initial experience in research & development.
- You approach challenges proactively and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- Experience in process or recipe optimization is an advantage.
- You are open, versatile, and confident in German and English.
