  • Ensuring monthly billing to partners (pharma) in cooperation with internal service providers
  • Creating and maintaining service contracts as well as materials in SAP (key user)
  • Development and further improvement of service billing (from recording efforts to invoicing)

What you bring with you

  • You have a technical, commercial, or logistical basic education with further training or a business administration degree
  • You have experience in using SAP, preferably in contract management
  • A good grasp, a strong understanding of numbers as well as analytical and structured skills characterize you
  • You are familiar with MS Office, especially Excel. Know-how in QlikSense or Power BI would be desirable
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
