The Medical Faculty is looking for a student assistant from 15 February 2026 or by arrangement for the administrative support of the Learning Center and the Skills Lab.
Your tasks
- Reception support during the Learning Center opening hours (mainly afternoons)
- General office tasks
- First contact person for support requests (technology, furniture)
- Setting up rooms for courses, general room checks, etc.
- Assistance with inventory management of teaching and office materials
- Support of students in self-study in the Skills Lab
- Independent execution of smaller projects
- Support of the Dean's office and Study Dean's office
Your profile
- You are currently studying in Basel and surroundings in the 1st or 2nd BA
- You have good IT skills (especially Microsoft Office)
- You are a committed, reliable and responsible person with an independent and precise working style
- You would also be willing to work occasionally during semester breaks
- You enjoy organizing and are hands-on
- You can imagine teaching others something (e.g. practical skills)
- You are communicative, friendly, a team player and flexible
