Key Account Manager Mercanto - B2B
Mercanto, as part of the Pistor Group, is an independent Swiss B2B marketplace for professionals from the food, non-food, and healthcare sectors. Now you have the chance to help write Mercanto's success story. We are looking to strengthen our sales team. Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the support of the German-speaking Switzerland region
- Acquisition of new customers (suppliers and their B2B customers) in German-speaking Switzerland
- Process support and consulting of suppliers during the digital connection phase together with the technical onboarding team
- Active support and further development of existing suppliers
- Implementation of sales and marketing goals
- Execution of sales and marketing activities
- Proactive network maintenance
- Identification and incorporation of new market developments and customer wishes (suppliers and Mercanto users)
Your Profile
- Ambitious consulting personality with a winning and convincing appearance
- Good comprehension and process understanding for customer support
- Experience with digital B2B platforms
- Affinity and strong interest in digitalization
- High customer orientation with the ability to inspire others
- Strong communication skills combined with healthy assertiveness
- Initiative and independent personality with high self-motivation
- Valid driving license category B
- French and/or Italian language skills are an advantage
