Team Leader Cleaning 60-90% (m/f/d)
To complement our team, we are looking for a
Tasks
- Leadership and deployment planning of the cleaning team including personnel management, employee discussions, and promotion of further training
- Hygiene responsibility for the entire SBU
- Responsibility for quality assurance, hygiene controls as well as compliance and further development of the hygiene concept
- Execution of services in the cleaning area and close cooperation with the building management group leadership
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance, intermediate, and basic cleaning as well as disinfection work
- Contact and coordination person for trainees in the cleaning and housekeeping area
- Conducting internal training and instructions in handling cleaning agents
- Ensuring efficient organization including budget participation, cost control, and procurement of cleaning and operating materials
- Collaboration and exchange with internal and external bodies, representation of the cleaning team in committees and projects
Requirements
- Completed basic training e.g. as a housekeeping specialist EFZ or as a facility maintenance specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in cleaning work
- Experience in team leadership is an advantage
- Further training in personnel management and cleaning
- Basic business management knowledge
- Trainer course is an advantage
