- You take on the educational support, care, and nursing tasks
- You offer support in shared daily activities, household and gardening tasks, as well as organizing varied leisure activities
- You are the contact person for relatives and third parties

- With your refreshing, empathetic manner, you motivatedly support a team of 12 employees
- You already have several years of professional experience in supporting people with support and/or care needs
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekend shifts and night presence
- You have basic IT skills
