- You independently manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking customers and are a competent and personal contact person for our customers, the sales organization, and brokers
- You provide comprehensive advice to our existing customers on all questions regarding mortgages and financing and obtain all necessary documents for the mortgage review
- You carefully and critically assess credit applications, review mortgage applications within the framework of internal guidelines, and contribute your own valuation and credit expertise
- Solid knowledge in the mortgage business as well as in property valuation is essential for this task
- You develop individual solutions and build long-term customer relationships

- You enjoy acquiring new customers and providing them with real added value through your advice
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in mortgage consulting and processing
- Knowledge in the mortgage business and property valuation is present
- Fluent language skills in German and Italian (preferably native), French is a plus
- You convince through assertiveness, negotiation skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
