• Welcome, inform and guide candidates and hotel employees
• Establish, monitor and control accident, illness and maternity declarations as well as social insurances
• Manage arrival and departure formalities for employees (permit applications, allowances, etc.)
• Handle various administrative tasks of the HR office (mail management, correspondence related to personnel movements)
• Manage apartments and staff house rented to employees
• Keep employee files and the HRIS up to date
• Participate in organizing leisure activities for employees
• Manage a collaborator
• Be the link with managers and employees

• Mastery of the social insurance system and knowledge of Swiss labor legislation, especially the CCNT
• Proven experience in human resources. Knowledge of the hotel and restaurant trades is a very important asset
• Proficiency in common computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Mirus is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and great rigor
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills, comfortable speaking in public
• Team spirit, flexibility, versatility and comfortable with luxury hotel codes
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Initiative and autonomy
