Your Tasks
- Ensure a safe working environment according to all safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Ensure work execution according to SR Technics, airworthiness, and authority requirements
- Manage personnel resources, assign work orders, and monitor efficiency
- Organize and coordinate equipment, tools, and work documents
- Support other departments in cross-functional tasks
- Define and coordinate training and development needs of employees
- Participate in new processes and continuous improvement of quality, safety, and costs
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Good technical understanding
- Communicative, proactive, and team-oriented personality
- Good English skills (at least B1) and very good German skills (at least C1)
- Confident handling of PC and MS Office
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style as well as willingness to work in 2-shift operation
