Executive Housekeeper 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Overall responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling the entire housekeeping area, including lingerie and floristry
• Planning daily operations as well as efficient allocation and coordination of employees
• Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to internal standards (SDH/LHW)
• Guaranteeing cleanliness, order, and preservation of value throughout the operation, including public areas, offices, and staff house
• Responsibility for uniform management as well as organization of the entire laundry supply
• Conducting inventories, determining needs, and ordering cleaning and consumable materials
• Budget planning and control of the entire housekeeping department
• Leadership, promotion, and development of employees
• Creation and control of duty and vacation schedules as well as monitoring working hours
• Compliance with all operational regulations and standards
• Training of apprentices and interns

What we expect from you

• Completed vocational training in housekeeping, hotel management, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in upscale hospitality
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
• Willingness to change and develop further
• High quality standards and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to lead, promote, and motivate employees positively
• Communicative team player with strong organizational talent
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
