Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with Focus on Psychiatry 40-80%
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Care and support of clients in a psychiatric environment
- Assumption of basic and treatment nursing care in psychiatry as well as active daily life design
- Direct exchange with our clients, relatives, and the interdisciplinary team
- Digital documentation for efficient work organization
- Independent case management, taking on extended responsibilities, and shaping modern nursing processes
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF with a focus on psychiatry (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Inter Rai CMH knowledge is an advantage or willingness to complete the basic course
- Confident in the application and execution of the entire nursing process
- Joy and motivation for psychiatric nursing in the outpatient sector
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and empathy
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, at least B2
- Driver's license category B and own car
- Structured and independent working style
