- Support the chef in the daily management of the kitchen and ensure the smooth running of the service, while ensuring smooth coordination of the team
- Ensure that all dishes meet the quality and presentation standards of the establishment, while satisfying the requirements of our customers
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to provide efficient and harmonious service, maintaining a positive and productive work environment
- Manage stocks efficiently, limit food waste and optimize the use of ingredients while respecting the set budgets
- Ensure compliance with strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, while being responsible for producing specific menus for daycares, taking into account food intolerances and allergies
- You have a diploma in cooking (CFC) or an equivalent qualification, as well as successful experience in a similar position, ideally in a renowned establishment or collective kitchen
- You master culinary techniques perfectly and are able to guarantee impeccable quality in dish preparation. You also have experience in team management and culinary production supervision
- You know how to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment, while ensuring optimal organization and meeting service deadlines
- You are a natural leader, able to motivate and guide a kitchen team towards high performance. Your collaborative spirit and ability to manage conflicts are major assets
- You are rigorous and respect hygiene, safety and quality standards with particular attention to dietary specifics (allergies, intolerances), and you ensure compliance with the establishment's standards

Your new workplace is located directly next to Lake Geneva. With the team of five people, you cook daily at the Nestor restaurant, Nestlé Switzerland in La Tour-de-Peilz for up to 800 guests and impress them with a varied and healthy offer consisting of our Green Fork menu, the Tradition menu, the World Flavors menu, the Grill station, salad buffet, snacking and take-away dishes.
Working days will mainly be Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 15:30 hours.
