We are looking for the Aubonne Hospital for a:
Health Assistant / Nursing Assistant in CTR (M/F) at 80%
To strengthen Unit 4 of Aubonne, immediately or to be agreed.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Collaborate with the nursing team in assisting care for patient management
- Support patients and assist them during mobilization
- Help with meal distribution
- Participate in adapting and maintaining the patient’s environment
- Contribute to the efficient use of equipment and its supply
YOU HAVE
- A health assistant certificate or a nursing assistant diploma, recognized by CRS
- First experience in geriatrics, an asset
- Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certification, an asset
- Knowledge of the Swiss health system, an asset
- A willingness to contribute to improving or maintaining patient autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people
- Listening skills, discretion, and empathy
- Motivation and good adaptability and integration skills
- Availability and flexibility
