Your new role as Team Leader: Gastronomy
As a team leader in our gastronomy zone, you take operational responsibility for the smooth running of daily business. You lead a small team, pitch in yourself, and ensure high service quality and satisfied guests.
Your tasks
👥 Leadership, scheduling, and motivation of the gastronomy team
🥗 Ensuring product quality as well as compliance with recipes and standards
📋 Responsibility for the operational process in service, cashier, and kitchen areas
🧼 Compliance and control of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP & KOPAS)
📊 Assistance with administrative tasks such as daily closings, orders, and inventories
💡 Active participation in daily business – role model for your team
Your profile
✔️ Several years of experience in gastronomy, ideally with initial leadership experience
✔️ Hospitality mentality, organizational talent, and resilience
✔️ Enjoyment in promoting and motivating employees
✔️ Willingness to work shifts (including weekends and holidays)
✔️ Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
✔️ Driver's license and own vehicle – advantageous for commuting
