For our customers in the IT industry (international), telecommunications, and other third-party mandates - we are looking for a technically skilled, service-oriented, and strong leadership personality for this management position.
Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for technical building management (operation, inspection, maintenance) including janitorial services and cleaning
- Support and advice to customers as a "single point of contact"
- Cost and budget responsibility
- Personnel and professional leadership of employees (direct 2, total 30)
- Planning and execution of technical projects
- Coordination and supervision of small and medium-sized construction projects
Your profile:
- Completed basic training EFZ in the technical field, alternatively a corresponding degree
- Professional experience in the field of technical building management
- Leadership experience
- Good English skills
- High customer orientation and assertiveness
- Business management knowledge
- Convincing appearance as well as a clear, appreciative, and goal-oriented communication style
