Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You hold a CFC as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by a federal certificate or similar training
• You have at least 3 years of prior professional experience in a similar role
• An ITIL certification is an asset
• You have excellent command of French (level C1). Good knowledge of technical English is desired (level B2)
• You are a dynamic and proactive person, oriented towards innovation, with very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• You stand out for your customer orientation and appreciate teamwork

Are these tasks inspiring to you?

• You ensure the proper functioning of IT systems at both hardware and software levels
• You manage system administration: you perform software and server updates, analyze and monitor various IT systems, execute their security and backup strategies, and implement and maintain Cloud solutions
• You provide technical support to users in case of problems or requests related to systems, including diagnosing and resolving incidents (according to SLAs), implementing changes, as well as training and raising user awareness of security best practices
• You write technical operating procedures for the systems within the scope
• You participate in technology watch: you stay informed about technological developments in the systems field and propose improvements to optimize existing infrastructures
• You participate in the IT on-call service
