Finance & Secretariat Officer
Office for Hunting and Fishing of Graubünden / DIEM | 80 - 100% | Chur
The Office for Hunting and Fishing is committed to the protection and sustainable exploitation of fish and game populations and their habitats in the Canton of Graubünden. Rare species such as the capercaillie, rock ptarmigan, black grouse, hoopoe, or little stint live in the canton, and in recent years large predators such as the wolf, lynx, and occasionally the bear have also returned. A well-functioning administration is necessary to fulfill the work.
We are looking for a motivated person to strengthen our team
Tasks
- Administration of the sale of hunting and fishing licenses (including online shop)
- Management of related software programs as well as training and support for license issuing offices
- Collaboration in the debtors and creditors sector
- Support in financial planning, preparation of the budget and annual accounts
- Support for the secretariat with general tasks and processing user requests
- Support for various sections in organizational and administrative matters

What we expect from you
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in finance and accounting is an advantage
- Good IT skills and aptitude for using digital solutions
- Independent and structured working method as well as organizational talent
- Interest in nature, hunting, and fishing is an advantage
