Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B

We are looking for an open-minded personality as an SDR in the B2B environment. In this role, you initiate conversations with the right companies and contacts and specifically develop existing contacts further. You work data-driven, understand the needs of our customers, and ensure qualified conversations with new and existing contacts. You combine personalized approaches with the efficient use of modern tools and automation.
Tasks
- Identification of target companies and relevant contacts
- Personalized initial contact via LinkedIn and email
- Conversations to clarify needs with new and existing contacts
- Scheduling qualified appointments for sales
- Active support and further development of existing customers and leads
- Lead generation for procurement SaaS solution through targeted outreach
- Analysis and optimization of outreach and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in customer contact (sales, B2B, outbound, support, or similar)
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Confident handling of modern sales tools (e.g., CRM, LinkedIn, outreach tools)
- Ability to use data and signals for targeted lead identification
- Structured and independent working style (including prioritization and follow-up of leads)
- Strong communication skills in German (English is an advantage)
- Digital affinity and interest in modern tools and working methods
Nice to have:
- Experience in the IT/tech environment
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
- Initial experience with marketing automation or AI tools
