Responsible for the effective implementation of business strategy by focusing on developing and adapting the business model, and capitalizing on growth opportunities, both organic and through external transactions.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Enable the business strategy process from strategy definition to strategy implementation

  • Ensure strategic alignment across the organization 

  • Support the various entities / units within the organization in defining and operationalizing their strategies

  • Develop business cases related to potential new markets, locations, client segments and services

  • Identify and assess external growth opportunities i.e. Merger & Acquisition targets in line with strategic direction 

  • Generate strategic insights based on in-depth research, outline recommendations and enable informed decision-making of senior leadership

  • Develop measures, projects and initiatives that enable the realization of the organization’s strategy and objectives

  • Drive strategic projects and initiatives that address the organization’s strategic priorities

YOUR PROFILE

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Financial and/or Merger & Acquisition modelling, valuation and financial planning and analysis skills

  • Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality

  • Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Relevant higher educational and professional background
