Become part of our crew now and bring movement into your everyday job - YOU are OCHSNER SPORT!Our 7-member team supports various regional to national projects and events in the area of strategic focus sports Ski, Outdoor, Run & Train and Bike. To support our project managers Sponsoring & Events, we are looking for YOU as a motivated and sports-enthusiastic intern from August 1, 2026 or by arrangement, limited to 1 year.Responsibilities:
- As an all-rounder, you accompany various projects of the focus sports and are an important support for the project managers in administrative and operational tasks
- You coordinate branch events in consultation with those responsible and place reorders, e.g. of giveaways
- You also actively support the administration and processing of sponsorship requests
- After thorough training, you can also take on subprojects yourself and are always in close contact with the project managers
- You have a completed degree (sports, marketing, or similar) or training in commercial/retail in the sports industry
- First professional experience in an administrative role is an advantage, but what you absolutely need are good MS Office skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- You like to work independently, have a quick grasp and shine with your organizational talent
- With your open, communicative and helpful nature, you are an asset to our team
- Your profile is rounded off by your passion for sports and events
- Willingness for occasional weekend work as well as mobility (driver's license) are required
