WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- Along the entire employee lifecycle, you are responsible for the administrative support of the HR Business Partners, for example in drafting employment contracts, confirmations, and work certificates
- You actively accompany and shape projects for the implementation and standardization of HR processes and contribute innovative ideas for optimization
- You maintain electronic personnel files and ensure correct document filing
- As a competent contact person for our employees, you handle internal administrative HR inquiries (e.g., questions related to working hours, benefits, HR policies, contract management)
- You are an active part of the entire HR team, work on cross-team projects, and regularly participate in meetings within the department
- You prepare regular reports
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have completed a commercial or similar basic education as well as further training as an HR assistant
- You distinguish yourself through your pronounced service mentality, your efficient, independent, and precise way of working, as well as your flexibility
- You have several years of professional experience in HR administration
- You are confident in German; knowledge of French is an advantage
- You score with your quick comprehension and your networked thinking
- You are familiar with SAP-HCM and Microsoft 365; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
