Tasks:
- drafting sentence projects
- preparing reports
- processing files
- participation in hearings and deliberations and minute-taking
- conducting legal research
Requirements:
- lawyer's license, doctorate in Swiss law, or master of law or degree in Swiss law
- good knowledge of cantonal and federal public law
- good knowledge of official languages
- ability to work independently and conduct legal research
- editorial skills
- no unjustified ongoing enforcement proceedings and no asset deficiency certificates
- no criminal record entries
- Swiss citizenship
Special remarks:
- the position of Judicial Secretary I (class 11) can only be assigned to candidates holding complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive master's degree or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
- the position of Judicial Secretary II (class 10) will be assigned only to candidates holding a bachelor or a short degree or to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and holding complete academic degrees: university license, degree, consecutive master's degree or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
