As a local player, the Technical and Infrastructure Department, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, electrical panels and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, kitchen and household appliance sales and installation, as well as maintenance of installations.
We are looking for a Technical Office Manager for our Southern region, a strategic role combining management, innovation, and field proximity. Ready to take on the challenge?
Technical Office Manager (M/F)
Mission:
- Ensure the overall management of the technical office (organizational, managerial, and commercial), in connection with electrical installations, photovoltaic products, heating, and electric mobility.
- Lead technical projects: from study and costing to realization, ensuring their proper execution and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and Group entities.
- Supervise, participate in, and support teams by organizing their activities, conducting annual evaluations, and contributing to the training of apprentices and new employees.
- Optimize internal processes, define performance indicators, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure technological and regulatory monitoring while guaranteeing compliance with QES standards and safety measures at the workplace.
Profile:
- You hold a Federal Certificate, ideally complemented by a Federal Diploma or HES engineer degree in electricity, with at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position. Postgraduate and/or management training is an additional asset.
- Recognized for your natural leadership, you know how to unite teams and guide them towards achieving objectives.
- You are a project management professional, with an entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented, and capable of making strategic decisions.
- You demonstrate exemplary behavior, discretion, and strong professional commitment.
- You have excellent business sense, clear communication, and inspire confidence through your critical, analytical, and synthetic thinking.
- Native French speaker, proficiency in German is a valued advantage.
