Tasks:
- Individual and knowledgeable customer advice on site and by phone
- Implementation and assurance of sales targets on site
- Ensuring smooth branch operations
- Competent contact person for all professional questions for your employees
- Independent leadership and development of your branch employees
- Handling of operational business, customer advice, and product sales
- Responsibility for the branch's sales targets
Requirements:
- Completed training as a sports and fitness salesman/woman, in retail, or a relevant degree
- Strong interest in sports and fitness
- Initial experience in employee leadership and motivation
- Strong sales skills as well as confident and service-oriented demeanor towards customers
- Decisiveness, personal responsibility, and resilience in stressful situations
- Neat appearance and confident command of the German language
- Good English skills are an advantage
