In the Utenberg emergency shelter, you take responsibility for the care of clients and compliance with house rules. With your calm and consistent manner, you ensure safety and respectful coexistence.
Your tasks
- You care for and supervise men in asylum emergency aid in our collective accommodation.
- At the reception, you are the first contact person for clients and carry out access controls.
- You ensure cleanliness and the implementation of house rules for harmonious coexistence among clients and with the neighborhood.
- In crisis situations, you intervene decisively and de-escalate, initiate necessary measures, and thus contribute to calming the situation.
Your profile
- You have completed your training - preferably in a manual profession - and have professional experience.
- You have proven experience in the security sector, are assertive and capable of handling conflicts, and actively and constructively contribute to the team.
- With good communication skills in German, you can express yourself flawlessly in spoken and written form; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts as part of personnel deployment planning.
