Your Impact
• Take responsibility for strategic procurement in the area of indirect categories (e.g., IT, Marketing, Business Services, Travel) and actively shape our purchasing strategy.
• Independently conduct tenders and award processes – from requirements analysis to contract conclusion.
• Lead price and contract negotiations with existing and new suppliers and ensure sustainable cost and quality optimization.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies on a project basis.
• Analyze procurement markets, identify savings potentials, and develop innovative procurement solutions.
• Ensure efficient and transparent purchasing processes, including master data maintenance and continuous process improvement.
Your Skill Set
• Completed commercial training or comparable business education, ideally with further training in procurement or supply chain management.
• Several years of experience in strategic procurement – preferably in indirect procurement.
• Confident appearance and strong assertiveness as well as pronounced negotiation skills.
• High initiative and quick comprehension.
• Structured, analytical working style and enjoyment in questioning and optimizing existing processes.
• Confident handling of common IT tools such as MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
