Project Management Structural Improvement Civil Engineering
Do you want to leave real traces with your work? Then become a project manager for structural improvements in civil engineering in our team and ensure sustainable solutions for soil improvements, irrigation and drainage systems, as well as developments.
Your tasks
- Supervise and assess construction projects – technically, legally, financially and economically (e.g. drainage, road construction, irrigation, renewals, repairs)
- Ensure expert advice – internal information and consulting for internal and external customers as well as support for maintenance management
- Prepare statements for cantonal and federal authorities in the area of land improvements
- Keep agricultural structural improvements up to date and documented in the GIS cadastre
Your profile
- You have training in a construction-related profession (e.g. construction technician, civil engineer FH) or a comparable qualification such as survey technician or environmental engineer with experience in civil engineering
- You bring good knowledge in civil engineering, ideally in the areas of agricultural road construction, drainage, irrigation. Knowledge in land improvement is an advantage
- You work independently and conceptually, think in networks and act solution-oriented
- You bring conflict resolution skills and service orientation and appear confident in demanding situations
