The main tasks include the following activities
- Coordination of plant health investigations with breeding, production, and external laboratories
- Preparation of samples and shipping
- Conducting, supervising, and evaluating germination tests in the laboratory as well as on soil
- Documentation and evaluation of investigation results in the inventory management system
- Ideally, you have training or experience in the laboratory field and have experience and knowledge in the area of seeds or gardening activities
- You work independently, focused, and with high accuracy
- You have an interest in optimizing and increasing the efficiency of work processes
- You have endurance, even with manually repetitive tasks
- Commitment, resilience, and teamwork characterize you
- You are open to flexible working hours during the season
- Proficiency in common MS Office programs is a matter of course for you
