CRM Product Owner

Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the further development and operation of our CRM landscape based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Implementation and further development of the CRM vision and the clear roadmap in close cooperation with marketing, sales, and ICT
- Collection and prioritization of requirements; translation into user stories and management of implementation
- Consulting on the automation of marketing processes
- Optimization of existing marketing and sales processes (lead management, opportunity handling, customer journeys, campaign automation)
- Ensuring high data quality
- Conducting tests, training, and change management activities
- Management of external partners and coordination of technical integrations (ERP, web, BI)
Your Profile
- Degree in business, IT, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, confident in stakeholder management
- Networked and analytical thinking
- Several years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes as well as CRM methodology
- Advantageous: experience with automations, interfaces, APIs, or data management
