Particularity
The unit "Religionswissenschaft" is part of the Department of Social Sciences. It is possible to combine this position with a 40% position within the Social Anthropology unit. In this case, please indicate it in your cover letter (advertisement 9565).
Field of activity
Management of the German-speaking secretariat of the "Religionswissenschaft" unit
Management of students in collaboration with the study program managers: reception, communication, individual files, exam planning, archives
Administrative management of the training offer and preparation of semester plans
Room reservation, monitoring of IT resources, equipment management
Management of operating credits and third-party accounts
Participation in communication tasks (website, advertising, etc.)
Organization of conferences and events
Administrative management of research projects
Requirements
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
Mastery of common IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and databases. GEFRI is an asset.
Fluency in German with good knowledge of French, English is an asset
Experience in secretariat management
Communication skills (student reception)
Ability to work with different managers
Knowledge of the Fribourg university environment is an asset
Language requirements
German
with good knowledge of the other language
